Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. "$29,000 We had our shingle roof completely replaced with a metal on August 14, 2026. We had seen and signed with the salesman, Ethan, on July 22 and was promised our roof would be installed by July 31. The completed results were very satisfactory, thanks to the roof workers but the process from beginning to end was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. The fact that the salesman did not even see that we had 3 layers of shingles and could not put the metal roof on without removing the shingles first, the lack of communication, calls and texts Not answered, 3 appointments made and no one showed up, not even a phone call to cancel. The promise of 2 days compensation for the days off my husband had to take to be present and they hadn't called to cancel; the extra material we had paid for was taken instead of left behind as my husband had asked. It felt like a constant fight to get updates and someone on the phone. It just felt the process we were promised, were salesman lies."
