"West Shore Home replaced my bathtub with a walk in shower. Expensive addition but well worth the investment. Jon H, Brett C, & Alex P. put in a long day's work. The shower is beautiful. The water in my 4 unit condo building had to be turned off for a bit. The team worked with the master plummer to get everyone notifed. Also, during the demolition tiles in an adjacent bath were damaged and an overhead light was broken. The tiles were reset before the end of the day. I received a new light for my shower which was installed today. Thank you West Shore Home!"

"Our project was the removal of a large Kohler walk-in handicapped bath tub and replacing it with a custom designed shower. Timothy Baker, the installer, could not have been better in any way. Tim was completely professional and dedicated, even staying very late the last evening to complete the job. "The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the ?new? wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we?re happy with our new walk-in shower."

"We had to call them back a couple of times for one place in our bathroom shower and they came right away. They were very nice and they did not leave a mess. They just came in, did their job, and were very professional. They were also very reasonable and of course everything was guaranteed. There was one place in our bathroom shower, which was the caddy that split and they replaced it. They are coming again this week because we feel that it is getting ready to split again and they want to look at it see because they said they have never had anything like this. They were very good and we would definitely call them again."
