Replacement cost for built-in refrigerator is over $10,000 so Max’s service was money well spent. I appreciate Max’s honesty, professionalism and technical capabilities. "We called Alpha Omega Appliance Service Last Thursday as we
needed our Jel Wend Range repaired. Chris answered the phone right away and we
were able to make an appointment later that day.  Chris came out with in the time he had
scheduled and assessed the problem that we were having.  He gave us a quote for the part and labor and
said he could get that part tomorrow and scheduled a time to come back the next
day.  Chris came back the next day.  When he swapped out the part and put the oven
back together the same problem existed. 
After doing some other testing he realized what the problem was and
fixed it.  He removed the part he ordered
and replaced it back with the one original and did not charge us since we didn?t
need it.  We appreciated his honesty so
much and the fact that the cost to fix the over was let then he had quoted was
greatly appreciated as well.   We thought Chris did a great job and would
recommend him to anyone needing Appliance Repair.

"Palm Construction did many projects for me: remodel bathroom, replace the roof, termite treatment, install of can lights, crown molding, skylight, and painting. The workers are very friendly and all talented. The quality of their work is excellent. The overseeing contractor for all my jobs was Omri. He understands quickly the scope of what you want done. He is organized, honest, and prompt at returning texts/calls. He has personal integrity, and just is a really nice guy. All of the people I met in the company connected to my projects, from owner to people doing the actual work - they were really delightful to meet and work with. "One oven doesn't work at all ( my choice, see above), the "working" oven was never calibrated properly so using it is hit or miss. It's time to call American Home Shield to see about replacing the entire unit. I'm waiting to finish other home projects before calling them. I don't know if I'll request Greenway again."
