"Totally recommended. Really responsive both to initial quote request and subsequent questions, efficient on site, punctual and friendly! Existing door spring failed and I needed the door fixed as soon as possible. I chose to get a new opener knowing I needed them out to do the repair anyway (the old one was many years old). They ran through the options for that by mail, arrived on time, looked at the setup, ran me through why they would not have done it that way and recommended a change to the design because of the door weight, to prevent a similar failure in the future.
