"They did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results.  It was a big job and at times seemed very invasive but this could not be helped.  They had a lot of workers in my house every day for 7 straight days. The only thing I would fault them on is quality of prepping surfaces, minor details, etc.  I was disappointed to have to have them redo a ceiling and some wall areas and come back to fix a closet door.  I would have hoped they could have done a thorough walk-through after they were done looking for details without me pointing them out.  That being said, they were quick to return and fix any problems I pointed out. <br />"

"John did good work and in a timely manner, but be sure you spell out exactly what you want done and don't make any assumptions. My only disappointment was in the Side Garage door that I asked him to paint. I asked him to paint it and assumed that he would sand it first, but he did not. Perhaps I should have told him that I wanted the door sanded before painting, but I think he should have asked about that. The job was done in late fall and time was of the essence, so that was a contributing factor. Like I said, spell out exactly what you want done, and you should be happy with the work."
