"Working with Maison was better than we could have imagined. My husband and I usually do most home projects on our own since we have heard horror stories about working with contractors. But our project involved creating an opening and stairs into the garage from the main house to the unfinished space above our garage. This was not something we could do ourselves not with juggling work and kids. Originally, the space above the garage could only be accessed by deck stairs outside. This was not ideal for us. We have three boys and did not want them to have to go outside to get to this room. We wanted to create a recreation room for this space, a place for our family to hang out. We had multiple area contractors come to give us a quote. Most of them did not want to tackle doing the stairs. They offered to finish the room but not do the stairs. Either we would not hear back from them, or they gave us quotes that were enough to build a brand-new house. We had given up hope on finding a contractor, so we decided just to contract somebody to do the stairs, and we would do the rest ourselves. Initially, we were asking Ken for a quote just for the stairs. But he wanted to do the whole job. Our first impression of Ken was that he was a good guy, so we took a leap of faith because we had become very skeptical of all contractors at that point. Maison pleasantly surprised us. We want to thank Mike Paris for his professionalism, from our first meeting, development of the work proposal, overseeing the job, ordering special materials, and by addressing fixes needed. He was here every day to check in with us and the work crews to make sure supplies were delivered and we were happy with the work as it proceeded. The job included new windows, vinyl siding, construction of a new front porch and new gutter installation. There is a dentil molding detail on the roof line that we wanted to keep. Mike gave us several options to see that it had the look we wanted. The window and vinyl installation crew was led by Minor. When Mike was on other job sites Minor was our go to man. He and Mike are a great team. Twenty-two windows were installed quickly, with no mess in the house. At the end of each day the yard was clean and all work materials stored. A day after the dentil molding was installed we noticed it was buckling. We took some pictures, sent them to Mike and he got back to us immediately. He agreed there was a problem and let us know Minor would be out to address the issue. Minor and his crew came out assessed the situation and corrected it. The final look is just what we wanted. Our front porch project was led by Jimmy. What we thought would be a porch repair/replacement became a rebuild. Jimmy explained the scope of the work he recommended, we agreed and he and his team got started. His crew came out for a 3 hr. job and stayed 8hrs. They worked until it was done. The finished porch is strong, safe and looks so good. Our experience and the quality of the work done by Classic Construction was first rate."

"I have used Terry for several years to do all types of home improvement. He remodeled my moms bathroom , my master bathroom, built new cabinets, installed new floors, crown molding, wainscoting, fixed and repaired drywall, painted my interior of my house and this is only the inside. He replaced my gutters, exterior doors, damaged hardy boards, dry rotted wood, and installed a new deck on the exterior. He is a jack of all trades and does great, quality work."
