"Owner Jimmy and crew were very punctual. Materials arrived on time and installation began in the kitchen. This was an all day job involving a lot of meticulous cutting. The prior installation had been sloppy and seams were covered with caulking to cover the uneven installation. All the floor molding was carefully removed and replaced. In addition I had wooden strips placed between the rooms instead of the metal strips. The upstairs bathroom was quicker. There had been a leak and Jimmy replaced the flooring that was soft before beginning the installation. He also alerted me to a new area of concern on the toilet so I contacted a plumber. <br />Judy, co-owner and Sarah and Sandy the sales associates were very helpful in assisting me to select the right product for my needs and budget.This is a family run business and I have used there services before to install carpeting throughout my house. But, this time, I cannot say enough good things about Danny, Lloyd and Justin. They went above and beyond in the installation. The subfloor had to be replaced and the did the work with excellent results. Also, because the installation had to be done over two days, the guys moved my washer and dryer twice with no extra charge. Who else would do this? No one that I know of. "Getting hardwood floors installed is an expensive job no matter who you get to do it, and Scott is the best.  Very hard-working, meticulous, detail-oriented, expert knowledge on anything to do with hardwood.  Worth every penny.  Followed up with us as needed on lots of questions we had and other things we wanted done, and he was very responsive.  We had hired him previously (about a year before this job) to refinish our first floor hardwood floor, and he did such an excellent job we hired him to install hardwood on our second floor.  I wouldn't trust my hardwood floors to anyone else. <br />"

"They did a very good job; it just didn't really help. Air ducts just don't stay clean. I mean, that the nature of the work is you clean air ducts and then they get dirty again, so that's not their problem. They did a fine job. They just don't stay clean in an old house. I don't think there was anything that they didn't do. We were pleased with them. We called them, they came, they cleaned the ducts. They were very responsive. I think they were punctual. They came when they said they would come. I don't think I'd bother to clean the air ducts again because I think that they don't stay clean. I don't think I would do it again, but if I were going to do it again, I would use them. They were reasonable. They did what they said. They were clean and neat."
