"This is the second time we have bought a HVAC system from them (we have upstairs and downstairs units). Ryan showed up for the estimate exactly on time. He carefully inspected everything (even took a video under the house) and then laid out several options for us. He really knows systems. He suggested a special filter system because my wife has asthma. We selected what we wanted and made an appointment for installation. The team that came to do the installation was also punctual. They were polite, professional, and hard working. They were also pretty quick. There was a lot to do to replace our system, and they were done in half a day! One of them stayed behind when they were through to help me program our new wifi thermostats, which ended up not being easy. He was so patient through this process. They cleaned everything up very well. Our system is working really well. This company exceeded my expectations with after-the-sale service. Wow. I recommend them!"

"First Shane checked the outdoor unit and quickly found that there was a bad capacitor that was preventing the compressor from starting up.  He replaced that with a spare he had in his truck and the system was working again.  Then he checked the unit in my crawl space to figure out why the heat strips weren't doing their job.  It turned out that there was a bad heat sequencer preventing the heat strips from coming on.  He didn't have that part on him and gave me a quote for another service call to fix them, but suggested that it might be a better idea to replace the unit altogether (which I already knew).  It's a 29 year old indoor unit and 15 year old outdoor unit and it's been running on miracles at this point.
He got me a fair quote for a replacement system that I'm thinking about proceeding with.
I should mention Shane was very courteous, knowledgeable, and he even put on little shoe covers any time he came in the house to prevent messes.  Also, the office was a pleasure to work with.  I called them that morning and the tech was at the house by noon.  At first they said he'd be there within an hour, but then called back to let me know his first call was running a bit longer than expected.  It doesn't bother me when they're running behind as long as I know, so I'm pleased that the office took the time to inform me.

"Outstanding. We had been stood up by two other AC business and I was very so I looked at Angie's List and found Automatic Climate Heating & Air Conditioning. I called and phone was immedtately by the service tech. I told him my problem and he asked how soon would I need a technician to which I replied as soon as possible. He then said he could have someone to us between 11:00 AM and 1:00PM which I said that would be perfect. Told me he would have the tech call when he was on the way. Received a phone call from Matt, the technician about noon to say he would arrive in 20-30 minutes. My wife and I were very pleased with MATT, He is very knowledgeable concerning his work even on old units that were probably over 38 years old. We were so impressed we asked if we could ask for him if when we needed our fall servicing. He said many of his customers did the same also.
