He tracked down the shut off and showed me how to access it if needed. I then asked about getting a quote on sump pump and a garbage disposal. He looked at the disposal said he thought it was just stuck. Got a tool from his truck and fixed it in less than five minutes at no charge! He could have easily sold me a new one.
