"They service was performed on time and they did a very good job.  Our carpets were embarassingly dirty and had needed to be done for some time.  We had recently got a new puppy for our daughter and suffice it to say, he had plenty of accidents.  There were tell tale stain marks all over the carpet that were in desperate need of cleaning. 

They did a very thorough and professional job by paying particular attention to the stains, treating them and re-treating them as necessary.  Since this is the original carpet that was built with the house in 1997 I did not expect any miracles, but my wife and I were really surprised at the results.  We were so pleased, that we have vowed to maintain the carpets in their new state and I would definitely use Royal Chem-Dry again.

"We feel like we won the lottery finding general contractor Billy Shapiro of SBS of South Florida to handle our shower remodel. We knew there was a leak, but didn't know where or how serious. Billy came out right away to evaluate the situation and come up with an initial plan at a fair estimate to repair the problem, knowing it could be more extensive. He was right. When his team began removing tile they discovered the leak had caused major damage and ended up demoing, rebuilding and retiling the shower. Billy's team is second to none -- they are skilled craftsman who do top quality exceptional work, pay meticulous attention to detail, are prompt and reliable, and leave the job site organized and clean at the end of each day. When we discovered a hole in our roof (thanks to a nasty water stain on our bedroom ceiling), I had a difficult time finding a roofer who would take my call, let alone send someone out to repair my roof in a timely fashion. I left messages with 3 or 4 roofing companies and didn't get a single returned call. When I called AAA they anwered my call and talked to me about my problem for a go... view moreod 15 minutes. They told me rain was forecast for the next day, and he sent a crew out first thing in the morning to come and make the repair. The crew showed up on time to make the repair and finished it just as the rain started to fall. They were quick, efficient, and polite, and it was wonderful to sit inside and look at the rain that day, knowing my roof was repaired and protected. A rep  even called me later the same day to ensure everything had gone well. A company that puts this much effort into helping a client with a half-dollar sized hole in her roof is truly going above and beyond with customer service
