"I would recommend Kenny from K&S to others in need of roofing work. He was professional, efficient, and reliable. Due to my own procrastination, my home still had broken roof tiles from Hurricane Irma, about 15 to 20 of them. My home insurance provider did an inspection recently and then sent me a letter giving me only 3 weeks to repair the tiles or they would end my coverage. Late one night this week, I reached out to several service providers through Angie's List. Kenny responded the next day and we set an appointment for the following day. When he arrived, he inspected the damage, we quickly agreed on a price, and he started working right away. He came back the next day to complete the job. While I received a quote from another company that was lower, that company was not available soon enough. The Project manager Ziv seem to be the most thorough and fully understanding what we were looking for. "I can't speak more highly of Devine Cleaning! Both Jay and her partner were the most thorough house cleaners I have ever hired. Originally hired for 3 hours, they would not leave my home until everything was done which took 7 1/2 hours. We had recently moved into our new home and a lot had to be done. They detailed my house like a car. Minor details were missed but that was because it was getting late and getting dark. I'm certain this will be remedied the next time they come. I definitely plan to use their services in the future!

"This was supposed to be an eco-friendly cleaning and upon walking by the 2 men cleaning, I smelled bleach. I asked for details on roof tiles that were broken or loose and needed replacement but did not get that service.  A week later, I lost 6 crouton bushes and part of my bougainvillea bush has many dead branches.   I was told my roof had over 2900 sq feet of surface and would cost more than the original deal.  I am not willing to pay the extra since I lost 6 bushes.  The roof looks clean but I don't know how eco-friendly this was.
