"Their technician, Justin came out and assessed the situation, quickly discovering the true source of the problem: the wire bundle that connects the system with the thermostat on the wall and been chewed through by rodents apparently, and this was causing the system to quit. He offered to replace the wiring and do a service on the roof mounted AC condenser unit, which we agreed to. Total cost was a fraction of what we had paid the previous company to not even discover or fix! We would wholeheartedly recommend the services of this excellent company."

"If you dread calling contractors or have experienced trauma dealing with service people, I can tell you this was the first time in many years I felt comfortable and very pleased with the service I received. The price was reasonable and Tiger, thatâ s his name was very professional I am so happy that I chose this company. West Coast is GREAT AND YOU CANNOT GO WRONG I PROMISE."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Skilled persistent patient respectful Cleaned up after their service"

"I had an outstanding experience with Trusty Toolbelt Handyman and Eric in particular. From start to finish, his professionalism and quality of work really stood out. His prices were very reasonable given the scope of the work, and he took real pride in doing things the right way, not the fast way. Every detail was clean, secure, and thoughtfully done. Respect for my home was a big thing for me. I mentioned that we do not wear shoes in the house and without hesitation he said, “No problem,” and removed them. Throughout the visit, any question, adjustment, or inquiry I had, he listened carefully and accommodated it without attitude. His mannerisms and disposition were calm, respectful, and patient, which made the whole experience stress free. Timeliness is extremely important to me, and Eric exceeded my expectations. Our appointment was at 10:00 a.m., and he arrived early and ready to work. I trusted him enough that I found myself looking for more projects because it is rare to find!"

Hello John Wright here . I am available for all HVAC and refrigeration needs.

"Mr. Westside (Diego) Handyman turned ALL of my ideas and projects into reality! Not only did he know exactly WHAT I really needed, but he also had the knowledge and experience that allowed him to show me all of my options before beginning. His execution was always precise and I’ve always been surprised because he works quickly yet, is INCREDIBLY thorough. From quick last-moment-notice projects to bigger ones that take more time to plan out, Diego’s services have always been a professional business I call upon. And, I wouldn’t call anyone else. Here is a very short list of the awesome services I’ve received: TV wall mount, sanding, painting, installing turf, moving large furniture, gardening and upkeep, brass polishing, screen repair, wood finish, AC cleaning, plumbing issues, glass & debris removal, carpet cleaning, garbage disposal, etc. Grateful to have found someone who can assist me in creating my dream home! Also, he has a great eye for pragmatic and functional designs i.e., small cabinet spaces in kitchen and bathroom, indoor garden/herbs, and custom solutions for everyday spaces."
