"Zack and Rob were excellent contractors to work with. The crew they sent out did a great job installing the roof, and the cleanup during and after install was incredible. I highly recommend these guys."

"Sales, Office and Installers were all very professional and quick. I am very happy with ALL of the work and interactions with Window World and would do business with them again without question. I have not had the windows long enough to have an opinion on energy efficiency or if they are tightly sealed etc, but I chose WW because I felt confident that should any issues arise they would be handled fairly. The installers had trouble caulking the windows without getting caulk in the drain holes which caused them to have to go back to each window to remove the drain hole stopper, wipe out the caulk and clean around that ridge as best they could to make the seal *look* nice and maintain a solid seal. The end result was a little messy. I doubt anyone would ever notice it but me cuz it's just basement windows. But when the company asks, 'what can we do better?' that process can certainly use some analysis and improvement. The installers were a little miffed but understood and did a nice enough job to clean it up. On a 1-10 scale, it's a one. I'm very happy with ALL the work and interactions with Window World."

"Mr. Haire snd his crew were amazing. They even saw some small jobs that they took care of at no extra charge! They were very respectful and when called you always spoke to Mr. Haire directly. I would recommend The Haire Construction Company for your home or business needs!"

"First Rate service from the initial meeting to the final installation. I solicited bids from 3 companies and Ferguson had the lowest cost and in my opinion provided the best assesement and explanation of what needed to be completed. On the day it was installed the employees were kind and curtious and went out of their way to ensure my family was safe when entering/exiting the house. I was amazed to see that they had even spray painted all the vent pipes to match the roof. They followed up afterwards to see if there were any way they can improve, even offered to pay for a flat tire I had on my riding lawnmower becuase of a stray nail.

"Brian responded promptly to my request for a quote. (Some of the 4 or 5 contractors that came out never even got back with me.) His pricing was very competitive and his timing was great. The work was completed within 2 weeks. Other contractors were anticipating two months completion. The work took only one day to perform (7 am to 7 pm), clean up was thorough. I went up on the roof and inspected everything. The installation was high quality: shingle placement was flawless and coverage was complete, under nearly inaccessible overhangs, neatly up to side wall flashing, around the new roof vents. Brian was always immediately available on his cell phone or to come to the house for clarification. I am very pleased with the new roof!

"Project took a little longer than expected but the crews were working during the hottest weeks of the year. Met or exceeded expectations. The few issues with minor aesthetics were discussed with the crew and solutions they suggested worked out well and look good. Dennis was very knowledgeable and approachable. Could easily contact him via text to go over any issues. Overall good work. Would recommend to friends and family and definitely consider for any future home improvements"
