"My wife and I purchased a fixer-upper home that ended up requiring more work than we initially anticipated. We ended up taking bids from numerous contractors for various projects required to be done before moving my family into the home. Initially, I hired James to demo the original tile flooring to prep for new flooring, which was scheduled to be installed by a large flooring company. I was very impressed with Jamess professionalism and apparent, sincere dedication in ensuring his work was completed right the first time. I decided to contract James to do more work to our home. Ultimately, James ended up demoing bathrooms, replacing upstairs sub floors, structural framing work, removing every interior door (down to studs) and installing new doors, and installed new bathroom vanities/showers. We have a closet in the home that had an oddly shaped door that I was unable to find at any big box store or other door supply stores. James custom made a door for the closet, which matched all of the other doors in the house! I was so impressed with James quality of work, timeliness, and work ethic, II decided to have him complete the new flooring installation. I contacted the large flooring company and cancelled my installation with them. James installed our new vinyl flooring throughout the house, which included stairs. James also installed new 5 baseboards throughout the entire house (approx 3000 square feet). I give James my highest recommendation for anyone looking for a knowledgeable contractor whose priority is to do the work right and ensure his clients are 100% satisfied. We have received countless compliments from family and friends who have visited our home. "They were always prompt. They provided a more thorough inspection than any of the other companies we looked at. When they found damage more extensive than the damage the inspector found, they went ahead and treated this also without any additional cost. The wood they used to repair the damage was primed and painted prior to installation. They were careful to protect the plants in the yard and the rest of the property from any damage. We would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of termite or pest treatment, and we have them scheduled for regular pest control. In conclusion I found all their people from office through technicians to be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We originally contracted them to remodel our master bath room and during the remodeling, we were very happy with how they work and manage our remodeling project that we decided to also remodel our kitchen while the other remodeling was in progress. Zohar had wonderful ideas and solutions which ended up with a superb job and more than that… a lot more above our expectations! The kitchen remodeling project was a hard project because they had to do some structural modifications to the ceiling by raising it up to be leveled with in our entry ceiling which at the end, it create a large entrance, modernizing the living room and kitchen by opening walls, tearing the old floor, removing the old fireplace while building a modern and classic new fireplace. This remodeling project allow us to develop a trust relationship with Zohar and his team. "We initially contacted Cancun Construction regarding some drywall repair; Miguel responded quickly and his estimate was reasonable.  He showed up on time and completed the job within the estimated time frame and right at the estimated fee.  Happy with those results, we hired him to install a new air return and whole-house humidifier - once again the work was done well and quickly.
We also used them to completely gut and remodel our main level half-bathroom.  The job required some custom work due to the unusual vanity we had chosen.  Miguel was able to work around these problems and the results were terrific.  As his team worked, I asked them if they had time to complete a few other projects (minor electrical work and installing a kitchen faucet) - each time, Miguel was able to complete these tasks for a reasonable fee.
