"We had some issues with the shower pan step drainage, that they eventually fixed. However, I was not 100% satisfied with the reception I got from the PM when I initially explained the issue. I had to legally withhold any further payments until the step was repaired. I also had to revert to written communication only, in order to complete the project. Other than that small issue, we live the work they did for us."
