"Kris was extremely responsive and came to give me an estimate within 24 hours and scheduled his guys to start a two day job (lots of square footage) within the next couple of days... I am blown away by how gorgeous my floors look! This is not the first time that I have had my stone floors cleaned and polished, and I was pleased with the previous contractor and had planned to use him again, but going forward, this is my "go to" company.... "By taking under consideration that this remodeling project was done in the heart of our house, and we decided not to leave the house while the work was in progress and to live here, Be Green Remodeling (Team and supervisor) were able to demolish, design and reconstruct the kitchen with extra attention to keep the other parts of the house without any damage. "I took 3 bids for our garage remodel. Pearl Remodeling was by far the fairest bid and the most knowledgeable contractor. Ben Oded was my project manager. Unlike one of the other contractors who completely disregarded my ideas, Ben listened to my ideas and helped me realize them. The project ran into some delays as Ben worked to clear through permitting challenges. Thank goodness that Ben was so diligent in resolving those challenges. Ben and I were in constant contact from the beginning of the year until mid-July, when the job was completed (and I do mean constant communication, daily). The consistent communication was also very appreciated. At the end of the day, I felt I could trust Ben and that is a truly rare thing. I now have an great looking new garage work space with an attic that has a TON of storage. The outside of the garage looks great too! The polished concrete floor is pretty cool too! "Miguel knew exactly what the problem was for our outdoor electrical outlets and replaced GFI units for outdoor and indoor patio outlets. That was a major repair and he was courteous even though he came to paint he fixed the electrical issues first. He then completed the painting of a free standing patio cover. It involved prepping with bonding and sanding. He painted several coats and accessed the back of the patio fencing and painted that area which is not easy to get to. Miguel painted in a timely manner cleaned up the work area and left no debris behind. We were left with a beautifully painted patio and electrical outlets we can actually use! I highly recommend Cancun Construction if you have a project that needs to be completed. You will be glad you did."
