"Carl arrived on time, in fact he was a little early.  He even picked up the baseboards at the store for me since I couldn't fit them in my SUV.  He immediately set to work and flew through the jobs that I thought would take all day.  His work is precise.  The baseboards were cut to perfection.  He was very personable and answered all my questions.  He had all the proper tools to complete the job which is a huge plus!  I had the glass repaired on my front door previously and the trim needed to be painted.  He ended up painting the whole door for me.  I can't say enough positive about Carl.  He answers every call that he receives.  I plan to have him back to do some whole house painting and moulding installation.  I was lucky to get him so quickly as he is super busy.

The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. "Excellent.  At first he ran into some problems because he found some unexpected rotted wood underneath.  And of course the job was time sensitive because I couldn't just leave the area open into my house.  But that was not a problem for Peter, because he made time to make sure the work was completed quickly.  He even rearranged his schedule to make sure he could get it done.    The project started as a simple install, but as usual there were some obstacles to overcome (such as how to you place a 500 pound piece of glass into a slot without breaking it -- it weighed far more than we expected).  There was nothing too major that he wasn't able to fix it.  Thank God.
