He explained in great detail and with much patience how he was going to build the project. He gave us options and suggestions without pushing either way. Once the ramp was completed, we asked about other projects. He described the process clearly and the estimated cost. We felt confident to go ahead and hire him for two additional projects, installing a bathtub bar and removing a concrete slab from the backyard. He set up a date and time and showed up as promised.
