"I called Chris on a Friday evening and told him that the light wasn't working in the bathroom in my condo which I rent out.  He said he had plans on Saturday but that he would work me in first thing in the morning before he went to his program because he understood the inconvenience of not having any light in the bathroom. He was prompt and professional.  He figured out the problem and fixed it within an hour. Before calling Chris I had a large company send one of their electricians to evaluate the job.  The person spent one hour evaluating the job and stated that he was unsure which wire was faulty and that he needed to return after the weekend and spend more hours figuring out the problem which could cost as high as $1,000.00 for his time.  This large company charged me a service fee for the visit when they did nothing but give me bad information and sent me an incompetent electrician or a dishonest one.  Chris had no problems figuring out the problem and fixing it and charged me around $100.00.  He was competent, ethical and professional.
