"My experience with Advanced Restoration and Wateroroofing was very positive. The initial consulation with Marty was straight-forward and with no pressure. He gave me different options and never tried to oversell. Once I made my decision, both Marty and the owner, Mike Bird, stayed in touch ahead of the ptoject work. Mike Jr.and crew arrived on the scheduled day and finished the waterptoofing project in the time-frame they estimared. They were communicative and always helpful with any questions I had. When they were finished. Mike Jr. spent a good amount of time showing me the work they had done both inside and outside. The basement work looked great and they cleaned up everything once they were done. Outside, Mike Jr..recommended other projects in the backyard that I could do myself to futher divert water from the foundation. It went extremely well. Jason was kind enough to allow me to walk with him during his evaluation, which I know can be annoying to some contractors. But not Jason - he was kind and professional the whole time. He explained every review he was making, what he was looking for, and how he would be able to help us not only get up to code, but make it safe and sleek. He was incredibly detailed, and his report was wonderfully presented and easy to follow.

He would go on to replace our electric panel the following week. It is by far the best job I've ever had done by a contractor. Flawless work, beautiful presentation. He truly goes the extra mile to give his customers not only function, but the best success rate moving forward. We started with a mess of cables and lines, with a 50 year old outdated panel, and ended with a brand new panel, beautifully crafted and organized. Now everything is sleek and clean, easy to cover, and my wife and I now are confident our system will run smoothly for years. Our old panel would randomly shut itself off...now we have a reliable and safe system we can be proud of. Unplanned extra work was required to replace failed footer, seemed somewhat pricey, but all was accomplished very professionally and efficiently, for a high quality job."
