"JCJ Builders was a great company to work with and they produced a beautiful kitchen in my 1920s home. Jeff Jones was professional and thorough. He had a very detailed approach to our remodel. Every step was carefully planned and executed. He kept to the time lines established and managed all of his trades well. The job site was left clean at the end of every day. We received daily updates on the progress and were contacted immediately when decisions needed to be made. Jeff listened to what we wanted and advised us on the best products and finishes for our project. He also worked to keep us comfortable and safe in our home during the renovation by setting up a temporary kitchen for us to use and mandating procedures for workers necessary during the pandemic. The quality of work was excellent and we appreciated the time and effort spent to preserve and enhance the 1920s charm of our home. We are 100% satisfied with the finished project which included an entirely brand new kitchen, removal of a wall, refinishing all of the floors and painting all of walls and wood trim on the first floor, refacing the fireplace and installing new patio doors as well as a new hot water heater. JCJ Builders did it all. We will be scheduling our second floor project with them in the future. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at JCJ Builders to anyone considering a renovation."

"I am delighted to have found Jaime’ Quality Home Improvements! He did a total rebuild of our wet bar in the family room and a remodel in the half bath. He did all building of the bar, flooring, installed lighting, wall coverings, electrical, plumbing, etc. His work and attention to detail are amazing. "I had all brand new interior doors installed inside my house last winter. Three of the doors were sticking and would not close at all. I called On The Job, left a message detailing my problem, and a short time later I received a call from Bob. I asked if this was the kind of job that he would do and he stated probably but he would like to come out and check just to make sure he knew just what the problem was with the doors. He came out that same afternoon (I think it was 6/6) and scheduled the work to be done on Saturday morning (6/11) since he was involved in other jobs. On Wednesday 6/8, I got a call from Bob that he had some free time between jobs and asked if he could come that afternoon. He and Jeff showed up and had the job done in about 2 hours. They did an absolutely beautiful job. And, no wood shavings were left anywhere at all. They were very organized, professional, prompt and extremely clean workers. I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend On The Job to anyone who needs repair jobs done. I have every intention to have them back again when I have another problem that needs repairing. "

"I'm completing this review for may sister Barbara G. , Parma Ohio who is 82 year old, on a fixed income, is legally blind, and does not have access to the internet. Alan Luf did several projects for my sister starting in 2012. All of them satisfactory. So she did not hesitate to contact him to renovate her kitchen. Work started mid Aug 2019. Most of the work was completed in Aug 2019. He was paid in full because he promised to return to complete the job. Contractor returned in Oct 2019 to compete work - backsplash and molding and trim. Backsplash could not be completed because one box of the blacksplash material was the wrong style. Contractor had to reorder to complete the work. My sister spoke to the contractor several times from Oct 2019 thru Mar 2020. He said he had the correct backsplash and would be over to complete the job. He was always a 'no show'. He now does not return her phone calls. Contractor is accepting work from other customers and completing those jobs, but he is either unable or unwilling to complete the kitchen project for my sister. At this point she is asking him to give her all materials needed to complete the work plus a refund so she can hire another contractor to complete the kitchen renovation. I have sent hm a message on Facebook, wrote a review on his Facebook page, sent him a certified letter regarding return of materials and a refund. There had been no response from him."

"Keppo Interiors will begin its work on our Bay Village home this week.  My husband and I quickly decided to contract with the company after meeting Kevin Teppo regarding our multiple needs and concerns about our 1948 home.  Kevin is a very knowledgeable professional whose total concern was learning about our home, ourselves and our vision.  Despite past poor experience with other firms, we knew during his first visit with us that we had found the right firm to work with.  This is because Kevin never tried to sell us anything, but unselfishly shared his time and expertise as we reviewed our most pressing needs.

We met with Kevin for two hours on a Thursday night and on Sunday afternoon gave him, with thanks, our $3,000 down payment.  Before any payment was made or paperwork finalized, Kevin repaired a closet in one of the bedrooms because he could and because helping is just who he is. We called Teppo Interiors because of their A-Plus Angie's List rating and glowing reviews.  I can already vouch that the reviews are there  to guide people in making a good decision to "go with" Teppo. 

He is professional, knowledgeable, and all about catering to the customer.  I can assure anyone considering home contractors to include Teppo Interiors in the quoting process.  I've been down this road before and feel certain the homeowner(s) will find the experience very positive."

"I got a deal from Berger about their table pad and just in time for my new dining room set. I didn't have time to set the template due to a new baby in the house. A few months later, they still honored my deal! WOW! I sent it in and they made the pad pretty quick. Shipping was fine and the fit was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone! Truly a good company to work with. A++"

"Sorry I took so long to write this review! Don Cuffari and his company are professional and courteous. Don had good ideas to help us organize our walk-in-closet for our master bedroom. His team was very organized and efficient. They also stand behind thier work. We had some delamination of the material and they returned two times until it was repaired to our satisfaction. The products have worked well in the 4 years since the installation and repair.

"Thinking I had an insulation issue because icicles were forming on on gutter, I got estimates from 3 companies. Ray Sabin, PM at NRG stated that my issue was the gutter not insulation. Ray is an honest vendor that will not sell you unnecessary services and products."
