The price was competitive to other companies that I had inquired with and communication was very responsive. Calls and emails were returned the same day or by the next business day. I work most days of the week and they worked around my schedule with no issues at all. I also had to get minor tile work done to prepare for the enclosure installation and they had recommended a very good home handyman (John of John's Residential Services) to do the work. Every technician (Charlie, Bill, Dominick, and one other who I don't remember the name of) who came out for measurements and installation were very punctual, efficient and friendly.  They made everything go as smooth as can be. The finished product is beautiful and makes my bathroom look a hundred times better. "Matt initially quoted me $235 to only install a new roof vent for our second floor clothes dryer. Very fair price. He arrived at 7:00 AM promptly, assessed the job quickly and got straight to work. While installing the roof vent he found issues with the roofing nails. The condensate that was forming due to faulty installation of the original vent was rusting the roofing nails. He replaced these. He also sealed all of the exposed roofing nails on the ridge vents. Finally, he installed a secondary lint filter box in the attic that I had planned to install myself at a later date. He only charged an additional $10 over his quoted price for all of his extra time and effort. He easily could have finished the job he was contracted to do and left much earlier with the $235 that he quoted me, and I would have been none the wiser that there were additional problems on the roof. He also took time to explain what he was doing as he worked. Punctual. Fair priced. Honest. Knowledgeable. Clean. Performs additional work at little to no extra cost. I can't ask for more than that. I'd definitely contract Matt again."

"It went great. They started the project immediately and arrived every morning at 7:30 to start. Completed new plumbing for shower. Completely guttered shower. They took out old vinyl shower and backerboards. Suggested options for shower like adding more lightning to bathroom which they did, type of shower door and floor tile for shower. They also changed plumbing for sink since we wanted to install a double vanity. Thye also laid down floor protection throughout house to avoid mess. Other contractors we have met constantly forget that. Took them 3.5 days to finish their job. Would and will definitely work with them again. The second project is still there. I just need to save money to do it next :) maybe 2015."
