"The entire process was very smooth. The website is extremely easy to use and has a great user interface for scheduling appointments, reading about the inspectors, and viewing/sharing reports. William showed up early for the inspection and was extremely thorough. He took pictures of everything, and he provided me with explanations as we walked through the house of good things and bad things. His report was thorough and very well documented. The inspection took about 1.5 hours. As he was finishing up, the radon testing agent showed up and had everything set up within 10 minutes. I received the home inspection report two (2) business days after the inspection, as promised by William.
