He replaced the rotting wooden trim around four of our windows, replaced sections of our siding which were in rough shape, fixed a soffit and fascia that were water-damaged due to a poorly set up gutter, and a few other smaller repairs. He was also very good about pointing out things that he found during the course of the work which were either done improperly before, or were a good idea to fix along with what else was being done. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.
