"I would hire again, want to say that first. But I tend to review throughly and frankly. The project took longer to both get started and to complete than quoted. The start date was apparently complicated by things beyond control, but that wasn’t helpful to my situation. Jason had no problem getting me the brand of shingle I wanted. Clean up was ok and plant protection was ok, perhaps a balance- I am still picking things up, but would rather do that than have more plantings stomped. That is a communication thing, I feel. I called them back for a rotting eave, that they repaired at no additional charge. I appreciated that, but I understood that they would look for and repair any problems they found. I got the impression that they felt it was not really part of the roof, and I understand both opinions. The crew was courteous and friendly, the roof is beautiful and does not leak and I would hire again."

I wanted to replace two old skylights and Johnny went out of his way to see that the new ones were exactly what I wanted. "We had Ramon come up and quote us a roof tear off and replacement including 7 skylights. He was our 3rd bid. He was very competitive pricewise and gave us a 40 year roof where the other were quoting 30. Now for the work. His crew started tear off on a Friday and had it completed in just one day. This is where I had my concern - just how much debris would end up in the driveway, lawn and landscaped areas ? I came home from work and his guys were hand carrying the old roofing up and over the roof into a dump trailer. They were very conscientious. You couldn't have filled half a trashcan with what ended up on the ground after the tear off. They also cleaned up several times during the day and they always cleaned up before leaving. I went out a couple times and started picking up a bit and I was always told "we'll clean up" They also made several sweeps around the entire site with a magnet to pick up and nails after they were done On to the roof - Malarkey Vista AR 40 year roof shingles, Artic Seal barrier roofing felt and even leaded pipe vent flashing (no silicone rubber booted flashing to rot out in 15 - 20 years) and Velux skylights. all top shelf material. His crew started Saturday morning , on site promptly at 7 am. They had the garage half of the front and almost the entire back of the house roofed on Saturday. They peaked out Sunday and installed the ridge vent. I even asked if they would sheet my woodshed and roof it since they were here and they knocked that out in about 3 hours. Probably the only guy with a woodshed with a 4o year in the neighborhood ! 49 square tear down and replacement in 3 days seems pretty impressive to me. These guys totally rocked this job ! I was and still am very impressed with the quality of work they did ! For a roof replacement I can't recommend Ramon and Spruce It Up Northwest highly enough Nick Teeter"

"All Roofing Eagle did a fantastic job on removing our old shingles and installing a new roof. I have never seen anything like it. In one day a large crew showed up, removed all of the old shingles, checked for plywood damage, and installed a nice new shiny roof. Plus they cleaned up our property and gutters of debris. Very professional and great communication. Amazingly enough they had the lowest bid too. Talk about taking the stress out of a large project. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing to replace an old roof. These guys are work horses."

"Errors in the original estimate and following procedures kept raising the cost even when we got bigger and bigger discounts. Rafter work needed to be done and we knew we upfront we may incur extra costs so we gave the go-ahead to fix that--what else were we going to do at that point. The additional work seemed incredibly excessive. When questioned, the salesperson explains there was a set fee per square which included removal of two layers of old shingles, removal, and replacement of sheathing for the entire roof. For the additional rafter work, they were charging the per square rate which we had already paid for...they were charging us for removing and replacing twice. The rafters were exposed and required only the additional rafter work. We were livid. They sent out someone else to negotiate and we still paid more for the extra work than we wanted. I believe the actual work performed was good."

"Steve Wade, the owner, immediately responded to my call for the roof to be replaced on my home. He reviewed the process with me in detail and drew up a concise and fair contract for the extensive area involved in my two-level home.  He had the dumpster delivered and the very next day the crew was on the job.  They were very careful to use all safety equipment and worked quickly to remove the old two layers of shingles.  They placed a liner over the bare roof to protect it from and moisture until the new shingles could be applied. The crew also covered shrubs to ensure that they would not be damaged by falling shingles.  One section of a back addition had lost some shingles two years ago and the wood was starting to rot underneath.  The crew replaced the entire section while making sure that I was aware of this addition to the project.  The shingles that I chose were then very quickly placed on the roof while the crew members were tied off to safety hooks since the roof has an extreme slant.  The project was completed in seven days which was wonderful considering how noisy it was (understandable for this type of project though).  Steve Wade came out the next day to review the work and note any punch list items that needed to be completed before final payment was made.  He was very responsive to get crew members out as soon as possible to complete these items.  This company is very professional, the workers are careful and listen to any concerns from the owner or guidance as to where to store tools during the project.  I have used this company in the past to paint my home and I was very pleased that I chose them for this major roofing project.  My home looks amazing now and Steve made sure it was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the results.  I will definitely continue to use this company for any future home projects that require remodeling, etc.  They are a fast working crew and everyone is professional and leaves a clean area at the end of each day. <br />"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
