"I used Wolfers for my new water heater install, and they were awesome! They gave me multiple options, and were very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them, and will use them in the future for all my plumbing needs."

"These 2 men were terrific! professional, down to earth , very hard working. spent 3 hours doing 12 air ducts (one was 15 feet off the floor)- and they had to go on the roof to do the dryer vent at no charge. did the heater as well. very competent and thorough. Our home is cleaner now than ever. will use them again. highly recommend them."

"We have been using Mr. Nash for 15 years to do regular maintenance and servicing for our Real Estate clients. They do inspections, cleaning, modifications and repairs and they do them completely with no short cuts or disclaimers.
Marv is one of the best oil furnace guys that I know. Even though there are fewer and fewer of the old "octopus" furnaces around, he has a working knowledge of them that is impressive. Andy, his son, has inherited the same information.
This is a "Mom and Pop" business that works. They are on time. They don't bring their personal problems with them and they leave a clean, well running furnace behind.... or they give you the information you need to make a change.
Mr. Nash is a dream team.

"This was an emergency. The hose bib had split open inside the wall of our house, the water had been turned off at the curb, and we were desperate to flush toilets, wash our hands, and make coffee, among other things. They were able to move their schedule around and come by to fix the problem quickly. The repairman was very efficient and effective, and we had water back on within a few hours. The repair was not cheap, but that was, in part, because it involved cutting a hole in the drywall in my closet and purchasing/installing a plate over it when the repair was done. We now have a favorite plumbing company."

"The power to our entire house went out on Thurs afternoon due to a broken PGE power line. When power was restored (by PGE) there was no power or function to our heating system. We called Sunglow on Friday morning because they were the ones who had installed the units about 4 yrs ago. When I explained that we had no heat, they set up an appointment for that afternoon. I also asked to talk to a tech to see if it was some simple problem that could be diagnosed over the phone. About 1 hour later Marshall called and we went over the symptoms and he helped me check out some things. We narrowed it down to possibly a bad circuit board and he said he would bring one with him. Due to heavy workload and problems getting the board it turned out that Marshall didn't come until late into the evening. He called me a couple of times to keep me informed and I was happy that he was still coming so late on a Friday night. When he arrived he found and replaced a blown transformer but that didn't fix the entire problem. It did restore power and he was able to run diagnostics. What he found was that both fan motors were not working. He did not have those parts with him and we would have to wait until Monday to get them. We made an appt for Mon and he said it would take 2-3 hours for the repair. He arrived at the designated time on Monday and he removed the bad parts and replaced them with the new ones in about 90 min. These were expensive parts and he worked with us on cost by getting the parts under the 5 yr warranty. Once eveything was restored he tested the furnace and heat pump system to make sure that everything was working correctly. He explained everything he was doing, showed me where the parts went and what the bad ones looked like. It was starting to get cold and we were happy to get the heat system working."

"It went very well. It has been working just great and I didn't have to replace it. He was very helpful and I now have hot water. The woman on the phone I spoke with seemed very helpful as well. I will call them when I need a new water heater. I only had to pay for a service call and 2 small parts which is great."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Great, super responsive, thorough, punctual, and reasonably priced. Exceeded our expectations. Worked outside digging a deep hole during torrential rain and were real troopers, really considerate of new baby and keeping basement as clean as possible. Did great job working with structural engineer to come up with several repair options, and keeping us informed on entire process. Can't say enough positive things about Q and his wonderful crew!"

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
