Looking back over the past two years, my wife and I were looking back at the remodeling of our kitchen, installation of french doors in a our family room with access to a center courtyard with new flowing steps. Installation of beautiful Brazilian Quartz counter tops with no seams, glass back splash, new electrical switches, new designer cook top hood, dishwasher and microwave. Repair to weather damaged doors and full replacement of gutters and an amazing "Cool Coat" exterior paint finish. We recently replaced the double ovens and the commercial refrigerator. It is a joy to come home every day and see the how beautiful, and open Cobex staff has made our home. All of our friends love all of the work and the difference it made. "We needed to replace the gutters on both our home and garage. I contacted Giron Roofing, after seeing the nice job they did on our neighbors roof. Lester came out to inspect the gutters and took note of a couple of tricky connections. He followed up with the two quotes I requested in about 3 business days. After getting back to him with my choice, he was able to schedule the work the next week. The morning of the installation, we were told 8 am; they knocked on the door at 7:59. They finished in less than 3 ½ hours and the work was excellent. They replaced a previously clunky intersection with a much more elegant (and quiet) Y funnel and were able to come up with a solution to a problematic downspout on the back of our garage. Communication was excellent throughout. It wasn’t a huge job, but I will definitely go back to this company in the future for any roofing needs I have. "Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!

They told us the truth about our roof (that it was in pretty good condition and would likely last several more years), whereas another company tried hard to push us to replace it immediately. Also, their bid was about a quarter of the other bid we received! We really appreciated that they fit our repair in so quickly. And also that everyone was safe and respected COVID protocols - they all wore masks and distanced, even when outside, which made us feel really comfortable. They truly live up to their name, and we will be going back to them when we need to replace our roof!"
