"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."

Everyday, at the close of business, you could actually see the progression of the project unfold. You really get your money's worth with this company. The crew was courteous and they rarely asked for anything, except for my input regarding personal customizations. Todd was very patient with us and walked us through the entire process.. Job came in on time, beautifully done, and on budget.. we have just signed on with Thompson for another gut reno project which will begin in May, 2021.
