After install they claim gutters are only guaranteed to work if you purchase continued cleaning services (a few hundred dollars a year minimum). I?ve had to hire a carpenter to correct install mistakes. two years after install. two years. Their sales team is also poor at determining proper downspouts. They attached a 6? downspout to a 4? sewer drain. It overflows every time it rains, leaving water around the foundation. Which is why we install the gutters to begin with?"
