"I called at 10am, the owner of the company arrived shortly after 11 and was done by noon! I could not be happier. He explained the typical cause of kitchen blockages (dying garbage disposals), and scheduled me for a replacement 4 days later. When I suggested going with a more expensive/ powerful model, he declined the opportunity to upsell. He also took time to clean up the dirty water splashes under the sink, even when I told him not to bother. Also, my dogs liked him."

"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."

"He was professional and did the job in a timely manner, so timely that he finished before 2 hours and reduced the cost of the disposal to account for the cost of the coupon that we didn't use. Great service!

"Great! Atkinson Maintenance kept in contact with me through the whole process, he let me know what I needed and got it done right away! I did not have to wait for him to come and give me a quote or fix the problem!"

"I am pleased to share my experience with Todd, who has provided outstanding plumbing services across 8 of our investment properties, all of which underwent full remodels. From the outset, Todd demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise. His attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems were evident in every phase of the remodels. Whether it was upgrading outdated fixtures, installing new piping, or ensuring compliance with local codes, he approached each task with diligence and skill. His ability to work collaboratively with our design and construction teams significantly contributed to the efficiency of the projects. Todd maintained clear communication throughout the process, promptly addressing any concerns and providing valuable recommendations that enhanced the overall quality of the remodels. Moreover, his commitment to meeting deadlines and staying within budget was commendable. We encountered challenges typical of remodels, but Todd handled them with a problem-solving mindset, ensuring that the projects stayed on track. The finished results speak volumes about his craftsmanship. The plumbing installations are not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, adding significant value to our properties. Our tenants have consistently expressed satisfaction with the quality of the plumbing work, which has contributed to positive rental experiences. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Todd for any plumbing needs, especially for extensive remodels. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to any project. We look forward to continuing our partnership with him in future endeavors."

"Cain and his crew came and did a great job mounting my TV above my fireplace and installing an electrical outlet. They were fast and easy to work with. They answered all my questions and made sure everything was working before they left. I would definitely recommend!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"His work was not bad. Everything he said he was going to do he did and was done satisfactory. However I have tried contacting him at least 6 times about the paint to touch up the deck and have gotten zero response. He said he didn't have any left over and that I needed to purchase a gallon. We wanted to make sure that the color is still the same and we just needed him to order and we would pick it up. He said the paint was from Sherwin Williams, we contacted 3 different locations and he does not have an account there. I'm just disappointed that he won't return my calls. I feel like I'm being avoided."

"Tim was amazing. He scheduled the work promptly and well within the time we needed. He was super professional and easy to work with. He was responsive to all of my questions and ensured that I made the best decisions for my situation. The price was more than reasonable and the quality of the work coupled with the service we received made the price seem even better. He stands behind his work and from my experience can do so confidently knowing it was done right. A pleasure to work with and I have and will continue to use him and would highly recommend Welcome Home Contacting!"

"Call Gensler Inc. to dig my basement and install my septic. Ryan did an outstanding job on everything. Would definitely have him do work again in the future if needed."
