"Modern Exterior installed a new roof for us. They were professional, affordable and did great work. Would recommend them and use them again in the future."

"The sales rep suggested a creative way to address a long standing drainage issue on my roof. Installation went without a hitch and the new gutters and gutter guards look great. Highly recommend this company!"

"Top marks all the way around for Oscar. Oscar is the best handyman we’ve ever employed. He was everything you want in someone working on your home: excellent communication, reasonable cost, high quality work, prompt, dependable, friendly, neat, cleans up after each day of work, very detail-oriented, and just a really nice guy. He re-screened our 3-season porch, replaced all the exterior wood facings on the porch, hung a new and much improved door on same porch, replaced about 12 feet of cedar privacy fence, and power washed the full exterior of our house. There is no question that we will call Oscar again when we need work done. If you’re looking for a talented handyman, look no further; just call Oscar."

"Tom and Jessica were prompt in getting the job done.cleaned the gutters very well before installing the guards. Alittle language barrier but we figured it out. Very nice couple."

"Our sales rep who came out was extremely thorough. He explained all of our options and helped us understand what would work best. He scheduled us within just a few days of our estimate! The team that came out did a great job cleaning and repairing our gutters before installing the shields."

"The asphalt shingle install was great. Their carpentry skills really sucked. Damage done had to be corrected at their cost. When the project was done I got what I paid them for. Good job after they regrouped. Metal roof install was excellent. The cleanup left a lot to be desired. I hope they learned from their mistakes."

"Had GGG Exteriors install gutter guards on our house and they did a really good job. The crew was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and cleaned everything up after they finished. The gutter guards look great and should save us a lot of time from cleaning gutters all the time. Definitely recommend them!"

"He was very honest and upfront and said may be 6-8 weeks before could do the roof when awarded work as was very busy. After calling on 10/2 to get update on when might do he ended up being able to do it yesterday or less than 4 weeks. I was very impressed they did job for price and in one day with full tear off finding no nails or anything left laying on ground. He is very honest person with hard working crew and was less expensive than anyone else. I could tell right away he was honest person which is so very important when getting work done on your home. The overall quality of his work is very....very..... good for a very fair price. You might find another roofing company that may get graded excellent on overall quality but you will also be paying three to five thousand dollars more for this same job."
