"Trying to find a roofer in this area was surprisingly difficult.
We called three local listings and only Diaz showed up to give us an estimate. 
This group is fantastic and they are very busy with very good reason.
I rang to set up a date that worked with our schedule and was asked if Saturday at 7am would work.
Saturday was great for us.
7am: The Diaz team showed up and began tearing off the old shingles
8am: New roofing material showed up.
12pm: We did the inspection and very happy with the service and clean up, paid the bill.

It was time for a new roof so I contacted three roofing companies for bids. All of the roofers were prompt in coming out to give me an estimate. From the start I liked how Ziggy from RMZ Enterprises handled things. His sidekick spent more time on the roof than any other roofer did, taking a lot of pictures just to show me later what areas we have to address little more than the others.Ziggy went into a great detail on what the job involved and presented his recommendations. I had all of my questions answered with knowledge and professionalism. When the time came to do my roof the crew showed up early. We had the roof done by the end of the day. The cleanup was thorough and my yard looked great after they left. I had two bids on the job that were lower than Ziggy’s and one that was higher – I’m genuinely happy that I chose RMZ Enterprises. "Purchased Angie's deal.  It was a bit difficult coordinating the appointment. After that, the original appointment was cancelled last minute due to worker injury  Owner promptly rescheduled for the following week with someone else.  I received courtesy call and workers showed up on time. Gutters on a small ranch home were cleaned in under 30 minutes.  The equipment left more of a mess at the back of my house than I'd anticipated. (On siding, windows and objects below.) In all fairness, the gutters were in bad shape with lots of accumulated debris. This is the first time I've had gutters cleared  on our newly purchased house, so this may just be a common side effect of the work. I have no basis of comparison. Overall, the experience was good and I feel like I paid a fair price.

"They were fantastic. Took on a big house, with lots of gutters, and cleaned out all the debris and got it to the curb. Even ran water through the gutters to clean out the last bits of detritus, and took photos of what they had done. Very highly recommended."
