"Called Steam Plus for a estimate. Alex showed up and provided an estimate which I thought was very fair. I was concerned that the grout would not come clean. There was 14 plus years of dirt and grime and the grout's original color was a light tan but now it was dark brown. Alex assured me it would come clean. Alex showed up for his appointment on time and approximately 2 1/2 hours later he was done. I had Alex clean and seal my grout and tile. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results! Our floor looks like brand new. I can not believe how clean Alex got our floors. I would definitely recommend Alex to my friends and family."

"It was great.  They scheduled a cleaning just a day after my call.  The cleaner (Eric) called 30 min before the scheduled time to confirm.  He showed up exactly as scheduled and told me what he would do and how he would tackle the problem areas.  He was very pleasant and performed the cleaning just as it was described to me by Bruce (the owner) when I had called to hire them.  The cleaning was done and the end result was better than I had anticipated.  Even though I warned them that the carpet was really old and stained, they exceeded my expectations.  The carpet looks better than one would think that carpet this old and abused could look.  There were no foul chemical smells and it was dry very quickly.  Eric was very nice to converse with and he asked multiple times if I had questions or concerns related to the solutions uses and how he would proceed.  I am very pleased with the quick service and the cost.  Speaking of cost... the actual cost was much less than the estimate provided over the phone.  They had no reason to lower the cost as I had agreed over the phone but the actual price was less based on the size of the rooms when they were finished.  Most companies would NOT lower the end price.  This company did.  That is a refreshing event in this day and age.  I am very pleased with this company, their service and the price.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and I will use this company again in the future. <br />"

"It went beautifully! This is not the first time I have hired Stanley Steamer; they do a fabulous job. After communication to secure what exactly we wanted done (with Jacob being polite and accomodating) the fellows arrived to do the work. They were diligent to remove the wine stain, which could be stated as having been "set". Quite frankly it was HORRIBLE. Not just a small spill, but my husband tripped so it spewed all over. I am happy to say they, for the most part, got it all out. In the right light, if you know where it was, you can see a shadow of pink but considering what it HAD looked like, they did a FABULOUS job. Furniture was cleaned and scotchguarded and we are GREATLY SATISFIED! We have already purchased a yearly plan where they will return 3 times this year, at a date to be determined by us, to clean our carpets. Jacob is great to work with and his team of cleaners are very nice and do a very thorough job."
