"It was great.  They scheduled a cleaning just a day after my call.  The cleaner (Eric) called 30 min before the scheduled time to confirm.  He showed up exactly as scheduled and told me what he would do and how he would tackle the problem areas.  He was very pleasant and performed the cleaning just as it was described to me by Bruce (the owner) when I had called to hire them.  The cleaning was done and the end result was better than I had anticipated.  Even though I warned them that the carpet was really old and stained, they exceeded my expectations.  The carpet looks better than one would think that carpet this old and abused could look.  There were no foul chemical smells and it was dry very quickly.  Eric was very nice to converse with and he asked multiple times if I had questions or concerns related to the solutions uses and how he would proceed.  I am very pleased with the quick service and the cost.  Speaking of cost... the actual cost was much less than the estimate provided over the phone.  They had no reason to lower the cost as I had agreed over the phone but the actual price was less based on the size of the rooms when they were finished.  Most companies would NOT lower the end price.  This company did.  That is a refreshing event in this day and age.  I am very pleased with this company, their service and the price.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family and I will use this company again in the future. <br />"
