He mailed me the figures and asked me to contact him if we were interested in hiring him. We had several other estimates done. We decided to go with him largely because of how much time he took with us to tell us how he would do our house and because he did the staining and sealing of the deck himself. Not all the powerwash people do that. He came as planned, did a beautiful job with the powerwashing and came back a few days later to do the staining and sealing.
