"The sales person was wonderful. However the sunroom leaked 30 days after completion and they will not fix the roof. Even with photos and videos of the roof leaking they are stating the brick is leaking. Very disappointing since the experience up to this was great and I over paid thinking I would get better customer service."

Also, after they left I found out that they apparently cut an electric wire as I had a tripped breaker and now some of my electric baseboard heaters don't work. This was in an area where they replaced sheathing material right over my breaker box. I contacted the rep, who acknowledged my issue and I am waiting to hear back."

I offered to give them to him he said he would be back and he never came, gave them to someone I knew I could not communicate with the workers due to language barrier. They did really good with roofing, they laced out tarp to catch nails and clean up was great. "
