Online sources say you can expect to pay $1.00-1.50 per board foot. This is simply square foot times the number of inches in depth. Superior came out to be within that expected range at around $1.48 per board foot. I appreciated the fact that they scheduled my job within 3 weeks after coming out to give an estimate since I hoped to get the insulation done before the new windows and doors came. They were here promptly when they said they would be. The business is well stocked with helpful, considerate and professional folk. The salesman was pleasant to work with and not pushy. The ladies in the office, Lillian and Kâ ¦ are very helpful and solution-oriented people. The owner, Jeff, is experienced and spot on with his measurements and pricing. The men doing the install, Ryan and Matt did a good job and were decent and hardworking men but made a few mistakes which were corrected to my satisfaction immediately. I want to encourage them to do their best to emulate their boss Pat. I absolutely loved the field manager Pat. He is the epitome of what all people in the construction field should aspire to become. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, considerate, in possession of both people skills and technical skills. He went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with the product, and I am 100% happy with what I received from Superior. I would tell you if I wasnâ t. Superior better hold on to this guy! Give him a raise or a bonus, but you canâ t let him retire. Itâ s rare to find a gem like this. I have hired many construction jobs on my house over the last twenty years and have had to write some bad reviews. I am pleased to give a good one for a change. Thank you Superior! "Spray foamed my attic. I have a thermal camera and before the spray foam about half my attic was leaking. After none of it is. Even around recessed lights and bathroom fans. I was worried about getting spray foam after hearing about smells from improper mixes and curing temps but I didnâ t have any of that. No smell after about a day. I think itâ s safe to say the crew at Orr knows whatâ s up."

"They did a great job.  They used ice and water shield where needed, including valleys.  All flashing was done correctly. New roof looks great.  We've had plenty of rain since the job and no leaks.
Jimmy (the owner) quoted the job promptly, scheduled the approximate date and the work was done on time.  We had a couple of rain days during the work and they took care to protect the parts of the roof where the old shingles were removed, so I wouldn't have any water damage.  The work crew (which always included Jimmy) were a bunch of nice guys and they knew what they were doing.  It was always easy dealing with Jimmy and any questions I had.  All debris and tools were cleaned up at the end of each day.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
