"Laman's Roofing & Gutters did an excellent job replacing a roof for me and also repairing some siding. The communication was rapid and professional before and after the job was done. I have recommended them for friends in addition to hiring them for another job myself. Great work."

"After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. They found a problem causing them to use straps that nailed into the roof to hold the gutter in place, and Ron did not charge anything extra for using them. The old gutter was removed and we were very happy with the new gutter. I would definitely hire JSR again and would recommend them to others."

"Joel and his crew at J Ventura Contracting proved excellent service that was prompt, efficient and thorough on my house’s roof replacement job. Joel is knowledgeable, personable, pays attention to detail and did a good job explaining what was needed. I would highly recommend J Ventura Contracting and use them again for future home repair jobs."

"Rob did a wonderful job with inside and outside projects. He is very professional and works cleanly and does a thoro job! Will have him back in the Spring for other repair projects"

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
