"We had several roof replaced during some of the hottest weather of the past summer. We had one main roof as well as four smaller roofs, The work included tear off and replacement using architectural style shingles. The work also included replacing the upper part of our chimney.
All the work was done very well...it looks great and there have been no subsequent problems. The only problem was with the leaving of some of the old torn off roof and nails in our gutters, but they came right back and cleaned up when we called.
We had called several other contractors for estimates and Laman's was the lowest estimate that we received.
We would call Robert Laman Jr. Construction if we have any jobs planned for the future.

"They did a great job.  They used ice and water shield where needed, including valleys.  All flashing was done correctly. New roof looks great.  We've had plenty of rain since the job and no leaks.
Jimmy (the owner) quoted the job promptly, scheduled the approximate date and the work was done on time.  We had a couple of rain days during the work and they took care to protect the parts of the roof where the old shingles were removed, so I wouldn't have any water damage.  The work crew (which always included Jimmy) were a bunch of nice guys and they knew what they were doing.  It was always easy dealing with Jimmy and any questions I had.  All debris and tools were cleaned up at the end of each day.

"I hired Picture Perfect to work on two bathrooms in my mother's home. I'm located out of state, so it was important to find someone I could trust to do good work and also ensure my mother was pleased throughout the entire process. My wife and I often rely on AngiesList reviews when choosing a contractor, so I hope this review and recommendation will be helpful to others. 
The first project was a remodel of a small bathroom that included repair of a water damaged floor, replacing a sink/faucet/mirror, and some tile work. Everything went well, so afterward we scheduled work on the 2nd bathroom which was a much more extensive project.
The 2nd bathroom was a new bathroom. Rob did everything from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, installing sink/tub/toilet, tile and painting. Throughout the process Rob did a good job of communicating with me and sending invoices as stages of work were completed. He even sent photos to me so I could see the results. He also worked well with my mother to ensure she was happy throughout the process and pleased with the final results.
Rob also helped with several other small things that were needed around the house.  Rob is a very hard-working, skillful, and has a great attention to detail. I'm lucky to have found him (thanks to AngiesList) and glad I hired him. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of this kind of work.
