"We had several roof replaced during some of the hottest weather of the past summer. We had one main roof as well as four smaller roofs, The work included tear off and replacement using architectural style shingles. The work also included replacing the upper part of our chimney.
All the work was done very well...it looks great and there have been no subsequent problems. The only problem was with the leaving of some of the old torn off roof and nails in our gutters, but they came right back and cleaned up when we called.
We had called several other contractors for estimates and Laman's was the lowest estimate that we received.
We would call Robert Laman Jr. Construction if we have any jobs planned for the future.

"After the last storm, most of our front rain gutter tore away from the roof line and fell to the ground. We called Ron Jones and he came to our house and gave us an estimate the same day. Later in the day he called to say his crew would replace the gutter the next day. "I was in   BIG   trouble!  Due to a leak in my roof that had gone unnoticed for years, the entire side wall of my house was in danger of crashing to the ground.  As Rob exposed the areas, it kept getting worse and worse than I had imagined. The rot was everywhere, and he discovered a lot of "sistering" from previous attempts to fix it. They were also rotten.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
