I called them with an A/C issue I was having and they were out at my home within a couple of hours to diagnose the issue with my AC unit. Oh, and I forgot to mention it was 100° outside for the last couple days. I called around. No one can get to us for at least a week or two. They found that the AC condenser had a large hole in it and needed to be replaced. J&D heating and air came out the next day and installed our new unit.
