"Removal of old fence and Installation was good in May. Some of the boards have warped and there is a gap where the gates close. I was also told I would get a receipt for the labor. I emailed Brian in June and he said he couldn't get with me because he was out of town on another job and he would get back to me. I had to email him again in August and he never returned my email. It is now October and I still have no receipt and the fence has not been looked at. If he is busy I understand, but not replying to my second email is why I am writing this review and it shouldn't take too much time to email me a receipt. Poor customer service is the reason I will not use Big Foot fencing again. Ron"

"I liked the price. His turnaround time was pretty good. The fence was fine. It was great for the money. I wasn't looking to spend a lot so he did just what I wanted. It was a fair price. I was pretty flexible so he had some time. He had to wait for the glue to fix. He was really nice."

"The provider arrived on time to look at the fence and explained in detail what he believed needed to be done.  Beside the cost of the maintenance package I  purchased, he recommended a new post on another section of the fence.  The cost was reasonable so I had him install the new post.  
We agreed on a date to complete the work and he arrived on time and left the area neat and clean when he was done.  The completed job looked much better than I had expected!

"Wonderfully! Prompt. Reliable. Efficient. Cost-effective. Dave Law came out early this spring, before I embarked on an extensive makeover of my back yard, including a new stone retaining wall. The job required removal of previous wooden slat fencing (including posts) and gates. All posts were replaced for the new fencing panels. Two new gates were manufactured and installed. After the landscape crew finished the retaining wall, Dave and his guys came back to complete the iron fencing; it required some ingenuity on the part of the crew, because the new fencing had to be worked around a shed and accommodate two levels of ground. In other words, a lot of customized work, including two more made-to-order gates. The crew (2-½ men, literally--the welder came as needed). The gates are all beautifully balanced, to close automatically. The guys were courteous, professional, ingenious, and efficient! My property looks very classy now! Thanks, Dave Law, and thanks Dave's super crew! I would (and will) recommend this company to anyone needing fencing. My only regret is that I have nothing left to fence in myself!"

"John was amazing! He came right away and gave me an estimate which was spot on. He was able to complete the job right away, which was critical because my Houdini dog was able to escape my old fence. John made sure there were no spaces where the fence joined other fences that would allow my dog to wiggle out. He was prompt, honest, and cleaned up totally afterward. He even remounted a light that had to be removed from my old fence. I recommend John- highly! I would definitely call him again for future fence needs."
