"Took a little time between getting parts, permit and inspection and final hook-up, but the final outcome was in very good shape."

"The technician came out, assessed the problem and fixed it. My frost proof faucet froze during the winter and the pipe burst. It appeared the vacuum breaker may have gotten clogged and the water did not drain out of the faucet causing it to freeze and burst. The tech had to cut into the basement ceiling to get to the pipe and unfortunately the heating/AC ductwork was in the way so he had to cut another whole. An honest mistake. These older houses don't have shutoffs or access panels for plumbing. The tech fixed the faucet then went to my other faucet and rebuilt it so it would work and not freeze up. He did that on his own initiative. So my faucets are good to go and I am much more secure in knowing my faucets should be okay. He did a great job and was a good guy.

"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"Several years ago we replaced our upstairs bathroom flooring....using a friend. We realize he didn't know what he was doing when he put the toilet back in. Years later we have ugly mold/fungus on our downstairs ceiling and between the floors. I saw a referral here, on Nextdoor, to use Shawn Turano of PROPERTY RESTORATION SOLUTIONS. Great referral! He really knows how to handle dangerous molds, utilizing HEPA requirements, etc. He gave us a reasonable bid, adhered to it, did an outstanding job and solved our problem. If you need property/disaster restoration from a flood, fire, smoke, mold, or general contracting needs, I can honestly refer Shawn. Here is his number: 719-650-5895."

"Wonderful they even did some maintenance repairs for toilet as they changed the floor for the bathroom as well. Thank you again."

"Walter came in with a big machine and cleared the pipe right up! He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful, and kept me informed on every step of the way. They did a fantastic job. This is a great company, and if you work with them, ask for Walter!"

"Kolby simply rerouted the pipe through a different part of the house in order to get the sink workable again. He saved us a ton of money and time as well as allowed us to avoid additional construction to our home. He was honest and quick while also making sure the pipe aligned with the design of the basement for a clean finish. I would hire him again for any handyman types of jobs."
