We don't have a regular plumbing company, so we started calling down the list when we needed help.  I called 2 other companies first on a Saturday afternoon.  They were too busy and couldn't help us.  Anytime was the next company I called and they said they could send someone out in about an hour and a half.  Derrick arrived promptly and took everything apart, showed my husband what he missed, and put it back together so it worked.  Very low stress once he arrived.  We will use them again when we need plumbing or HVAC and very much appreciate the assistance!

"Greg came by immediately and provided an estimate and then came back as promised and preformed the repair as quoted (both cost and amount of time to complete).

"Great. The service was a dramatic improvement to my baseboard hot water system."

"We received a highly recommended reference from our electrician for Hardcastle Heating and Air services. We needed work on the old existing gas line, and a complete central heat furnace and air system (including the install of vents) performed. In addition, the gas water heater had to be replaced. Justin, Paul, and the team have been extremely helpful and efficient, with the ongoing tedious work needed. We too, now highly recommend this highly professional, competitively priced company. Mike and Kathi. O."

"Our water heater needed to be replaced and this was my first Angie's List purchase.  $600 for installation including a 40-50 gallon name brand water heater plus they will take away the old one.  We initially wanted to consider a tankless water heater but the price was right and we needed this completed fairly soon as we were on borrowed time.  Just do it, right?  We did and it was completed.  I asked what brand water heater and I researched the brand with negative satisfaction results.  I was not happy but I already bought the offer.  The technician replaced our water heater with a 40 gallon AO Smith brand which was exactly the brand I wanted.  I am happy for that but he wanted an extra $250 for a permit and straps.  Shouldn't that be part of the installation?  My husband made a call to Angie's List and voila, all of the sudden, no extra fee!  But also no permit or straps.  THANK YOU, ANGIE'S LIST!  However.  Is our water heater within code without a permit and without straps?  We don't know but wedo have hot water."

"5 stars for this company. After interviewing several plumbers for residential bathroom renovations and water heater replacement I hired Lujan PSI, who a local plumbing supply company recommended. The owner Lucas was prompt and responsive to my needs throughout my project. All work was completed on schedule and was competitively priced. In a place and time where the demand for contractors is extraordinary and it is difficult to find one who cares, Lujan PSI is a standout. This local, family owned company has earned my highest recommendation."

"Dwayne was prompt on-time installed water heater properly and was easy to talk with"

My outside water faucet started dripping.  I have used Around the Clock before and was very happy with their work at that time. This time they again were able to accommodate my schedule and set a prompt appointment. The plumber arrived on time, was professionally attired, and repaired my drip in short order. Although this wasn't a technically complicated repair, I appreciate that Around the Clock has consistently provided me with prompt, knowledgeable service. They are my plumbers of choice.

"I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I feel they went above and beyond and gave me information regarding the hot water heater, etc. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the near future."
