"Removal of old fence and Installation was good in May. Some of the boards have warped and there is a gap where the gates close. I was also told I would get a receipt for the labor. I emailed Brian in June and he said he couldn't get with me because he was out of town on another job and he would get back to me. I had to email him again in August and he never returned my email. It is now October and I still have no receipt and the fence has not been looked at. If he is busy I understand, but not replying to my second email is why I am writing this review and it shouldn't take too much time to email me a receipt. Poor customer service is the reason I will not use Big Foot fencing again. Ron"

"Vinyl fence materials had to be ordered in. He responded promptly to all messages and kept me informed of status. The day it was installed, I found out he had received the wrong length boards and had driven to Denver to get the supplies so he could complete the project. Although it was a small project, he treated us with equal priority. I would definitely recommend this company ! The project came out great!

"We wanted our fence installed on our new house while we were on vacation since we would be moving in once we returned.  Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and it poured while we were gone so Kevin had a late start.  The only issue that we had was that once we returned, the date that Kevin gave us for completion was not what was accomplished.  We told Kevin that all he had to do was call us to let us know that it would take a little longer and we would fully understand.  He understood where we were coming from and we had no problems after that.  The fence that we had installed has 6x6 posts and 2x4 railings.  It was a big project and he did an awesome job.  We had to call him last week since the front gate lock was not operating properly and he came right out and fixed it.  We are very happy with the job that Kevin did.

"He was there in the mud, and did a great job despite the weather. The gate looks great and is strong and works great. The fence is set into metal poles so it won't fall down again (probably) in my lifetime. Very pleasant and a hard worker."

"Doug called almost immediately after I bought the deal and scheduled the work 3 days later.  He came right on time and looked over the repairs that needed to be done, went to get the right colors for my tile work and returned promptly.  He got right to work and completed the jobs well within the time allotted.  He was courteous and and hard working.  I would recommend DMC Construction, Doug Compton  to anyone needing maintenance or handyman services.
