"I went to Tim after being disgusted by the treatment I received at Home Depot. He was very helpful with the carpet selection (I love it). He offered a better price that any big-box store. I was concerned about moving all the furniture to clear the area for install. TIm was very helpful with suggestions about the installation to minimize the stress of moving full rooms of furniture. This was very different from new construction, where nothing is in the way! I didn't even have to move all the clothing out of the closets! Just the lower racks. It took two days for the install and had to be scheduled to allow me time to move furniture, so it took a couple of weeks to complete. TIm was very accommodating to my schedule.
