"We've used Complete Lawn Services for years. They make appointments...they show up! They call ahead for days of service and are on time!! Prices are competitive and very fair. The work is done quickly and at the cost estimated. I can't say enough good things about this company. They are excellent in every way. Once they recommended someone who could do a particular service cheaper...it was a service they could perform, but since they didn't do it often, another company could do it cheaper...Wow! They are the first ones I call! <br />"

"Honestly, it just cannot kill our weeds, but you call them and they will come back out. After they spray like about fourteen days or something, they will come back and they will keep coming back as long as you call them and you are not satisfied. They just cannot kill the weeds, but their customer service is good. I would use them again. I would give them one more year."

"We have purchased many different plants and trees over the years from Scherz and have never been disappointed with them. The sales staff is very knowledgable as is every person we speak with there. We have returned plants a couple of times and there is absolutely no hassle about replacement and they also tell us what went wrong with the plant. They even admit if it was their fault as far as a bad plant. I cannot speak well enough about this company but rest assured it is an A+ company for sure."

"<br /> Very prompt to respond to service call. Workers were polite and informative. They had to leave for 40-50 minutes to obtain a part needed for replacment. They came back and completed job. I would have liked them to do a better job of plugging up the loose grass. <br /> I will use them again. <br />"

"Mr. Garner came out and meet with me and my wife to find out what we wanted done. A few days later he called us and set up a time to present his design to us. It was beyond our expectations. The time he spent just measuring out the yard to design it properly showed in that design as well. Once we agreed on a price we signed a contract and he scheduled a start date. The first day was kind of rough getting all the materials there but they all arrived in an organized manner so everything wasn't sitting on the street or in our drive way. He then started delegating work to be done to his laborers and they actually finished 2 days ahead of what Mr. Garner told us it would take."

"<p>I obtained several quotes before proceeding. Jason by far was the most responsive of all the companies. Several I had to wait three weeks to obtain their quotes.</p> <p>Jason and the team were very professional and took the time to answer all the questions I had and to explain how and what they were doing. I found it a pleasure to work with them.</p> <p>I feel the system they designed will more than adequately provide excellent water coverage on my yard.</p> <p>They used all Hunter heads and valves. (which I researched online and seem to be of excellent quality).</p> <p>I did have to rework the backfill in order to level off the ditches and hopefully hasten the leveling effect.</p> <p>I would highly recommend Jason for any sprinkler needs anyone might have.</p> <br />"

The sprinkler system cost is determined by the size of the lawn and not the size of the house. Many large houses sit on top of very small lots with very little landscaping. Now a sprinkler system should be designed based on your current water needs for the type of lawn and plants that you need to water.\n\nThe price variation that you may be experiencing is usually due to cutting corners or simply putting up sprinkler heads and having rotors water large areas over sidewalks. Many cut corners by watering turf (grass) and landscape beds. This is not usually recommended as different plants have different water requirements. Many of this practices are outright illegal and any responsible homeowner should not consider this type of installation.\n\n1. Size of the Area Needing Water - More Landscaping will require more stations. The more sprinkler stations needed, the more valves required, the larger the controller need for the installation. Of course, square footage will determine the amount of pipe needed and the amount of digging involved.\n\n2. Water Pressure - Low water pressure results in the need for more sprinkler stations.\n\n3. Location and Accessibility of the Water Meter - Not a big factor for most homes. However, occasionally you run into a situation where the water meter is surrounded by lots and lots of concrete floor. There are only two options to reach the water meter. The first option is to dig. The second option is to demolish the concreted area. Again, this is very rare in a residential sprinkler installation.\n\nWhen investing in a sprinkler system, it is usually best to find a irrigator that follows local laws and best installation practice for the industry. The prices may not be the cheapest but you will usually experience less headaches in the life of the sprinkler system.
