"Everything was great, from start to finish, Bondoc Roofing was very professional about what I needed and was very honest about the price point. Work was done quick and looks amazing, I would highly recommend them to others that need insulation work done on their newly built home or if your even doing an addition, Bondoc Roofing will be with you every step of the way and if you have any questions they will always be glad to answer them and any other concerns you might have! They are a credible roofing company and on their way to being a great insulation company as well!"

"Chad from Terminex is meticulous.  He checks everywhere. I make sure I am home so he can spray inside as well.  If he sees something of concern, he always gets me so I can see too.  I will use Terminex until I don't have a house to spray anymore. <br />"

"Hector did an excellent job repairing; repainting and texturing our ceiling. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom; which required replacement of a section of our ceiling. He arrived on time; was very professional and reviewed the details of the job. He covered our furniture and surrounding area and put up tarp to contain the resulting dust to his work area. His work was impeccable; color and texture a perfect match. His price was very reasonable. Overall an excellent experience. Will be using this company for future jobs."

"Very professional and stuck to the original estimate. Our old unit was 20 years old and the a/c was not working. Back in March, the company recommended replacing the unit, which I assumed they would since it was an old unit.  We felt the estimate was a good price and it included 10 warranties which is nice.  They installed our unit about a week later and had to upgrade the unit because it was all that was available but they stuck to the original price.  We also got an nicer thermostat than originally listed on the estimate.  The guys were professional and had the work done in a timely manner.  They cleaned up after they finished installing everything and took the old unit for us.   <br /> In August, we had a problem with the unit leaking water inside.   We called them and they sent someone out a couple hours later.  Since we're still under warranty, the service call was free and they fixed the issue.  I've been impressed with how quickly they respond to service calls, even in the busy summer months.  We've been very pleased with The Darville Company. <br />"

"We have been using them for 30 years. We have service contracts with them. Not on this trip, but they have installed units and repaired units. They have even installed attic insulation and redone our vents, the whole 9 yards. We pay them once a year and they come and do the maintenance on it. It is very, very fair! Quality is excellent! They are reliable,  know the product, neat, very personable and very professional!"

FAQs for spray foam insulation projects in Victoria, TX

Local and federal rebates are available for insulation installation, which can significantly reduce your overall costs. Many utility companies offer incentives or rebates to homeowners who improve their home's energy efficiency. Contact your local energy provider or government agencies to learn about available programs in your area, and consult with a professional insulation installer to maximize your savings.

It's not necessary to remove old insulation before adding new insulation, as long as the existing insulation is in good condition—dry, free of mold, and not damaged. Adding new insulation on top of old insulation can improve your home's energy efficiency by increasing the overall R-value. However, if the old insulation is wet, moldy, or damaged, it's best to remove it before installing new insulation to prevent potential health risks and ensure optimal performance.

Insulating a house takes between five and twelve hours for batts or boards, and two to five hours for spray foam or blown-in insulation. The exact time depends on the size of your home, the type of insulation, and the accessibility of the areas being insulated. Keep in mind that projects may take longer if old insulation needs removal, if there's a larger square footage, or if spaces are difficult to reach.
