"I honestly could not imagine a better experience that the one I had with Precise. I did a total remodel of my kitchen and it is gorgeous. From the first meeting with Moshe who discussed what we could do, how long it would take and the cost, I felt I was in capable, reliable and trustworthy hands. The work started on the day we chose, and was done in exactly one month. The workmen arrived every day on time, were courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They cleaned up at the end of the day. There were no delays, and any problems we encountered were taken care of immediately. When I decided to go ahead with Precise, Moshe gave me a 3 page itemized breakdown of the work to be done and the cost. I did not pay a penny more than that.































In addition to advising me and helping me chose appliances, backsplash tile, countertop etc, I had a point person in the office who called me every day to let me know what was being done, who would be working that day, and to make sure I was happy with everything. She was absolutely lovely to deal with and I always felt I had someone to speak to at any time about any concerns I had.































Moshe runs an extraordinary business and has a terrific crew of people working for him. The quality of the cabinets is excellent, and the attention to detail was evident in all the work done. "I hired Yari based on positive Angie's List reviews.  Overall, I'd give him a luke warm rating, and MIGHT use him again, though would probably investigate some other options first.  The work done overall was good, however...

The clean-up was poor.  There was a LOT of small broken tile bits and dust left over after they replaced the kitchen tiles.  I have cats (as they saw), and they could have very easily tracked sharp small bits of broken tile on their paws from the loads of it left on the kitchen floor and in the grooves where the grout is.  When they repaired the broken stucco outside, they left dust and debris at the site and obviously threw the remaining water/plaster/mortar/whatever mix through a fence and into my neighbor's yard (am going to try and attach pix - I think I can do that here).  The price he quoted me was for parts and labor ASSUMING I had all those parts already.  I had to go myself with one of his workers to a nearby plumbing supply store to pick up needed items.

He was very responsive in person and by phone, and very cordial and prompt.  The work was decent enough.  I don't know enough about home repairs and contracting to know how fair the price was, but it seemed to be in the ballpark. 

Overall recommendation : Proceed, but with caution, and make sure you're clear from the outset what exactly your needs are and what exactly he's promising to provide.  And make sure they clean up properly before leaving."
