Every little question, clarification, issue, and request that we made to them was truly completed to perfection. They did a great job. Also we got a superior value. "Power home did a door to door, after meeting with their rep for siding, we liked the superior quality of their vinyl siding with a foam backing. Our current siding had issues of water penetration and algae growth and frankly was cheap as the previous owner took advantage of drive by sales after a hail storm. On their QA inspection post install? They found further water penetration through the roof and provided me proof of that so we went high end with a GAF roofing system. End result? Yeah it cost quite a bit more than my comfort zone. But you get what you pay for. We are more comfortable, and since this occurred during winter? I noted my heat pump did not cycle as often. And we got our electric company assessment for energy use for a totally electric home? Excellent. Impact of the better siding and better roof."

Bill came and walked roof, explained material options, addressed all my concerns with various leakpoints I’d discovered upon moving into my home. He communicated promptly regarding scheduling, his crew was great, they worked efficiently to complete my roof same day. They cleaned up all the materials upon completion and showed me at different points how they addressed the pre-existing damage/leaks. I will definitely use All Exteriors again. In fact, planning to hire for exterior wall of home that also has extensive water damage (from roof problem). "I could only afford the front gutter because I was having problems. The owner called me and I guess there was a misunderstanding between myself and the gentleman who gave me the initial estimate. He was under the impression that they did not do gutters. It turned out that they did do gutters and the owner made them come back out and do the job for free due to the misunderstanding. The owner's name was Keith and he made sure they did more than I originally asked for. They were very nice and I was really shocked that they would do something like that for me because I really needed it done. They repaired my soffits for me and they even re-attached the aluminum siding as well. They were very punctual, neat and nice."
