Senate was able to capture him and release him miles away, so he wouldn't find his way back. Then they tore out all of his damage (which was extensive), sanitized the attic, and sprayed in tons of new insulation. They sealed where the very stinky raccoon gained access, and upgraded it so he can't break back in. They even fixed a chronic leak that roofers couldn't find, after I casually mentioned it.
