"Ran into a couple of PHR guys at a "home show". We have had an estimate from a few years back but other projects and covid got in the way. PHR sent out their sales rep, Matt, and he gave us a review of services and estimated the cost. Whole home reside, new soffits, new facsia, new gutters (upgraded to 5 inch). After almost 30 years...the siding was looking sad. Also, the way our house was built, you could hear neighbors dropping change in their driveway. The rep showed us the foam backed siding and we went with the 6 inch flat to change the look of our 4 inch home depot builder grade siding. CJ contacted us and came out with the final measurements. Re-calculated the estimate and came up with a $500 savings for us. cool. Two weeks later Gustavo showed up with his crew and started work taking off siding, putting up a moisture barrier and residing the house. I pointed out a couple of cables that I needed saved if possible and the old UHF antenna that could be removed. The crew worked from 7am to 6:30PM and spent another half hour cleaning up around the house. They did this 3 days straight and finished the siding, soffits and fascia by 6pm on the 3rd day. Everything looked AWESOME!!! A major upgrade for the house. The next day the gutter crew showed up and put seamless gutters up in a few hours and even added another downspout where the builder cheaped out and put only 1 down spout in the back of the house. The entire project took 4 days and the crews cleaned up everyday at the end of the day. We could not be happier with the results. We have gotten quite few positive comments from the neighbors. it looks like a brand new house! (on the outside at least :-) ) Some notes: Communication was constant, consistent throughout the process. Pricing, when you see the quality of the product they are putting up compared to the cheap builder grade they are taking off....you realize you get what you pay for. Sound! OMG! My house is quiet now!!!! I cannot hear every little thing that happens on the street or behind us. It is transformative!!! Professional....the crews were all business and worked all day. The trim work is very detailed and tight. They brought things to my attention that I had forgotten about , speakers in the soffits (forgot about them...but they are hooked back up now :-), ethernet cabling I ran to the second floor (wireless was not a thing in the 90's). Sales process: You will see a lot of negative comments about their sales motion, it is what it is. If you are just kicking tires with no intent to buy....it will be frustrating for you. But, if you are seriously looking to have work done, you appreciated the detail and time they take explaining the entire process. Financing: We qualified for a HUGE chunk of financing, in the end, we paid for the job upon completion and walk through. The interest rate was higher than I liked but if needed it was there. When we informed PHR we would be cutting a check, they canceled the financing immediately. No questions asked. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I will admit, I was worried about how the project would go after reading some of these reviews and I am pleased it went very well. I would recommend PHR in heart beat."

"What an incredible experience. Contacted them for siding consult, Chris from sales was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Gave us great recommendations for the design. We signed up and wow the siding was here in less than 10 days. The installers, Led by Daniel were incredible. They were courteous, friendly, neat and they were fast! You could see pride of work as they were doing the project. They were also on time each day, were there when they said they would be. AJ our project manager was awesome as well..Communicated frequently so we always knew what to expect. We are thrilled with our new home, siding is beautiful, this team is stellar! "The team at Exterior Medics did a fantastic job with our whole-house siding and gutter replacement. Not only were they the lowest estimate (by far) for replacing our siding with James Hardie fiber cement, but they also did amazing work. The salesman we dealt with was knowledgeable and prompt, the project manager we dealt with was communicative and upbeat, and the team who installed the siding worked tirelessly. The installation team came early and stayed late, they worked Saturdays to finish the project as quickly as possible, and the work they did is fantastic!"

"So please that I went with JW. The side entry porch had rotted wood throughout and the steps were sagging. Also, exterior house paint had been removed years ago but prior owners did not address one side of house, probably cause it was hidden behind crepe myrtles. Crepe myrtles are now gone and that wall is very visible on the street. Also there were some little jobs needed around the house such as replacing rotted boards above the garage. Got a quote from JW in late April and scheduled the work for the week of July 21 for 6-7 days of work. Two workers showed up promptly on the 21st and did a great job. Very pleased with the JW crew as they kept me posted on the progress throughout the job which was completed in six days. Wish I could post before and after pictures as it looks fantastic"

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. "I first utilized HCR in the August/September time frame. The sales rep., Robin was very pleasant. She did not come off as a high pressure sales person. We engaged in conversation. Her demo of windows was great. I placed an order an order for nine (9) windows to be installed. Due to the supply chain shortage, I did not receive my product and installation until January. Robin had apprised me of this delay upon our initial meeting. The installers were punctual and worked diligently. They installed the windows in one day. I did observe a rip in one of the screens. I placed a call to HCR to inform them of my observation. They said they would replace the screen, which they did in a very timely fashion. I reached out to Robin in September 2022, as I was ready to commence installation of the remainder of the windows, which in total was twelve (12). Robin arrived at my residence. She did the demo and I signed for the purchase. The targeted date for installation was set. There was a brief delay due to the type of living room windows I have - palladium and they are in two pieces. I received a call on or about January 16/17, 2023, apprising me that my windows are in. I set a date for installation - January 24, 2023, with a window of arrival time between 8-11 a.m. The four installers arrived @ 8:30. The immediately commenced to work. They put down a heavy covering for the floors and went at it until completion @ about4ish. I am extremely satisfied with HCR. As you can see, I am a “repeat” customer. I highly recommend them. I saw in one review someone said that they use unlicensed installers. Like any company, they have to go through extensive training and most individuals are not very knowledgeable about their job. They receive training ."

"Omar was professional and very responsive. He diagnosed the issue quickly and provided a plan for addressing the leak and subsequent water damage. His team arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. The fixed required fixing damage beneath existing siding and house trim. Due to its age, we didn't want the siding and trim replaced because the color would match the rest of the house. The team worked diligently to preserve the siding and trim (not easy with metal trim) and replaced the underlying water damaged material. Would definitely consider the company for future improvements or repairs."
