"The 2 guys that came out to do my job were very professional and considerate and good at communicating about what they were doing. I had a tankless water heater installed to replace my 20 year old tanked system. I will definitely contact them with any future plumbing issues I may have."

"Last year (2021), I hired Casteel to upgrade my HVAC system, tankless water heater, update the pipes in my basement, install a pump for washing machine and bring my electricity. I have a brink home the was built in 1955 and had not had any major repairs since 1985. Everyone I spoke to during the process of consulting and repair was professional, kind and courteous. They always kept an open line of communication and were willing to adjust their schedule according to emergency circumstances that happened in my family. From the products they used to the quality of the workmanship, I am still very pleased with outcome. They respected not only my time but my property too. I will definitely hire them again. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta, GA area."

"I had a water leak in my front yard & after researching the highest rated Plumbers, I found Rooter Pro Plumbing of Georgia. They had great ratings on Trust Dale Caldwell, Angi's List, & Google. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good! I am very pleased with Rooter Pro Plumbing and the work they performed & the people I dealt with. Even the people in the office were great! I will use them again & recommend them to my friends & family! Paul Taylor"

After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"Nick with plum Popphan did an amazing job with installing my new tankless water heater. With three kids and a wife I am constantly running out of hot water and that became a huge burden to me. He insisted if that was an issue that we switched over to a tankless ever since I have not had no issues with running out of hot water.. The service was exceptional and the quality of work was amazing if you are truly looking for somebody to take care of the issue in your home and you not have no more problems out of it this is the man you are looking for.
